Entering a new name
Form No. 6 has to be filled to enter a new name in the electoral roll can be filled by those completing 18 years on 2025
Name reduction
Form No. 7 has to be filled if the name is to be removed from the voter list for any reason.
Correcting the name
Form No. 8 has to be filled if any correction is to be made in your name surname etc.
Change of address
Form No. 8-K has to be filled for changing the old address in the voter list and entering a new address.

2. તમારી જિલ્લાની પસંદગી કરો
Dropdown માંથી તમારું જિલ્લો પસંદ કરો.
3. તાલુકો અને ગામ પસંદ કરો
પછી તમારો તાલુકો અને ગામ અથવા વોર્ડ પસંદ કરો.
4. લખાણ કેપ્ચા ભરો
ભરેલી માહિતીની ખાતરી કર્યા પછી “Show” બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.
5. PDF લિસ્ટ ડાઉનલોડ કરો
તમારા ગામ/વોર્ડની મતદાર યાદીની પીડીએફ લિસ્ટ ખુલશે. તેમાં “Download” વિકલ્પ અથવા Show વિકલ્પ હોય છે – તેના પર ક્લિક કરીને PDF તમારા મોબાઈલ કે કમ્પ્યુટરમાં સાચવી લો.
