Approval regarding the provision of financial assistance under the PMJAY-MA scheme for patients requiring treatment costing up to ₹10,00,000.

Details:

1. As per previous communications: File No: HFW/PMJAY-MA/file-17/2025/02141-A-1 and Letter No: HFW/1075/05/2025.
2. Financial assistance is approved for patients requiring treatment up to ₹10,00,000.
3. The Human Resource Personnel (HRP) and Pension Payment Order (PPO) must be verified for authentication.
4. For proper disbursement, the API link https://beneficiary.nhpg.gov.in should be used.

Instructions:

• All concerned departments, including Health Administration, Finance Department, and GAD, must coordinate for implementation.
• HRP and PPO details of employees must be authenticated before approval.
• The approval covers treatment expenses up to ₹10,00,000 for eligible patients under PMJAY-MA.
• All processes must follow the guidelines mentioned in the official document.
