પાત્રતા:
લાભાર્થી પરિવારમાં પતિ, પત્ની, પુત્રો અને/અથવા અપરિણીત પુત્રીઓનો સમાવેશ થશે.
શહેરી વિસ્તારોમાં રહેતા બહેનો/છોકરીઓ/મધ્યમ વર્ગના પરિવારો પાસે ભારતના કોઈપણ ભાગમાં તેમના નામે અથવા તેમના પરિવારના કોઈપણ સભ્યના નામે સ્થિર ઘર ન હોવું જોઈએ.
જે લાભાર્થીને છેલ્લા 20 વર્ષમાં શહેરી અથવા ગ્રામીણ વિસ્તારોમાં કોઈપણ કેન્દ્ર સરકાર, રાજ્ય સરકારની આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ ઘર ફાળવવામાં આવ્યું હોય તે Pmay 2.0 હેઠળ લાભ મેળવવા માટે પાત્ર રહેશે નહીં. આ સંદર્ભમાં, લાભાર્થીએ તેમની ઓફિસમાં બાંયધરી આપવી પડશે.
